+1, CRC TB cleaner is great. I clean my TB all the time on my Saturn with no effect on sensors. Really cuts through the c rap well.

I like the 3M brand, mainly because it will spray upside down. Sometimes the TB's are not so easy to get at.

i use mineral spirits on a rag to clean the throttle body, if your throttle body has a hole or two before the plate be sure not to get any type of cleaner in them. most of them go to the iac . some folks use a baby bottle brush and spray a throttle cleaner on the brush to not get to much cleaner in the iac .

Now would be a good time to learn how to do it yourself. If I was you I would want to look at it to see if they even did anything. Then you could take pics and show the manager that you do really have a complaint if nothing indeed was done.
