It is.. Baron road it's called . Just over a mile from my house. It's all back roads being the quickest way to get to town.
From the map information
Blue Ball Road in Maryland becomes Baron Road once it crosses the state border into Pennsylvania. It's interesting to note that the name change occurs right at the border.
So Jimmy whomever he be is correct again.
