My fuel economy in the Vette today on my way to Niagara Falls
^^ and that “best” of 40.1 was from back when we still had ethanol free gas at Shell and Costco up here. They have E10 now (for the last two years actually) and there’s a noticeable difference in MPG now

Back in the day I cut some of that for use in a wood stove. I have actually seen sparks fly from it using a chain saw.
Never thought of these two vehicles as competitors, but makes me wonder... Assuming the known quirks and time proven issues of both vehicles, plus keeping in mind the low miles of both and somewhat low price, and knowing zero maintenance history on either... IF you were in the market for a cheap top-down beach cruiser - which one of these convertibles would you pick?
