This is how hilljackers and true rednecks decide to park: like total jerks. I as well as older couple went back inside and told them to move as they were blocking access to parking. Some people’s children I tell ya.

I don't think the 4rth gen Supra was overrated because of FF. If anything - the orange monstruosity Supra in that movie did it no service.

It is overrated because it's amazing. It looked great, with some brute elegance, the dash is probably the best looking dash this side of an old BMW or a fighter jet's, and the engine can take anything you throw at it, as long as it's not pure stupidity.

Historically, it was the culmination of an era when Japanese (and German) car industries were engieneer, not beancounter controlled, and as such it's a worthy torch bearer.

The fighter pilot dash is my favorite part. But otherwise in stock form it was quite bulky and underpowered. But the power delivery was extremely smooth due to factory twin turbo setup. What gained it its fame is how well the 2JZ-GTE responded to modifications.
Without the Fast & Furious movies it wouldn't cost much more than its MUCH more comfortable twin - the Lexus SC300.
And stock for stock SC400 blows the Supra's fame to shreds.
Yet these days one has a cult following due to cinema, while the better one has no fame. As result: Supra=$100k, SC300/SC400=$3k. When it's literally the same car.
At the end of the day - I'd take the 1979-1986 Celica Supra, or the 1987-1993 Supra, way before I'd consider the bubbly famous one. I would take the SC400 however.

Armada was due for some new 33" tires. Priced them out, and wasn't happy with the $1500 quote on 4 new tires. Plus my TPMS sensors are dead, which is another couple hundred bucks.

So went on marketplace and bought 5 brand new Ford Bronco take offs. They're only 32", but at $440 for all 5 new wheels, new tires, and new TPMS - I don't mind downsizing.

Wife is the main driver of the Armada, and she digs the new look. While I enjoy the peace of mind for their (wife & kids) on road safety with new tires, and $1000+ savings in my wallet. Having a full size matching spare is also nice. Could even get more money back by selling off stock 20" Nissan wheels. Sometimes it's worth it to be a cheapskate 😁

Anyone know the reason for the insulation around all the plumbing at places of business? Not like it makes it look any better, at least I don't think so.
