Yeah thats snow on the seat, brief snow shower this morning. Braved it as above freezing. Got to get new tires.

Another Hallmark animatrons! I got the one on the left in 2006 (?) and the other in 2007. We already have too much Christmas stuff and not enough house.

We had both of those in our home many years back. Our dog (RIP) hated the one on the left. She was perfectly find with the one on the right but she'd pick up the other by the Christmas tree and hide it next to the couch.

Ariens throws a LOT more snow. At the time, same price. Now they probably both cost $4 or $5 grand.

A piece of artwork from my childhood friend, Doug LeBlanc. The Arion Theater is
where we'd go to see the Saturday matinees. The father of another friend, Jimmy Klein,
was the weekend projectionist and Jimmy and some of his friends would, of course, get
in to see the show for free. The regular admission for the Saturday show was 26¢, and my
parents would give me 50¢ for admission and candy. Getting in free meant an extra soda
or candy that day.

I don't think anyone from my generation, felt like they were forced to watch the Lawrence Welk show.
Now, Ed Sullivan, that was a different story. It was painful to watch how stiff Ed was. But his guests made it worth enduring watching Ed go through his stiff posture routine.
