Someone at my work had a bad day lol. The tech who has blown up three cars in the last month left the oil filter off of this Sienna. He didn’t catch it because he didn’t start the engine till he was taking it out because it’s a hybrid. He drove it outside like this because he didn’t hear us yelling. He told the boss I put it on there it’s just not there. Ans he still swears he has never made a mistake while working on a car. And he is convinced we have been setting him up. I wish they had more people to work for us because they need to replace him. He tried to say his partner done it but his partner doesn’t change oil he just does paperwork and we all watched him lol. It was a mess to clean up.

Sounds like they need cameras in the shop to see what is being done and not done.

Shame that your dealership lets this guy blow engines left and right. After 1 at my work: you are TERMINATED no second chance.

Trevor’s wore out after taking 3 2 mile walks with me today 🤣🤣🤣

They need to fire his behind immediately. No matter how bad they need help. He's causing more problems than he solves.
Exactly. He has costed the shop tons of money since he started in November. He blew up a Tundra when he first started that was over a 100 mile tow to bring it back. Then the three in the last month and this one. The other day he was talking about how he needed a raise and advancement to which I had to laugh at.

Teaching my young protege how to plunge cut/stack multiple wedges to push a tree over against it's lean on an oak wilt research study (reason for high cuts). Fun times - @alarmguy in another thread essentially described me in his explanation that some people have passionate careers that are in the realm of (almost) daily bliss.
