Toll Brothers??? Guessing so as this is pretty much our exact house flipped, down to the non-opening palladian window and rails on port-cochere (which I removed and replaced with a larger crown molding).

Teaching my young protege how to plunge cut/stack multiple wedges to push a tree over against it's lean on an oak wilt research study (reason for high cuts). Fun times - @alarmguy in another thread essentially described me in his explanation that some people have passionate careers that are in the realm of (almost) daily bliss.

ohhhhh... my wife took some photos of my by myself cutting some sort of large pines trying to make sure it fell the right way and not on the house maybe 10 or 12 years ago in our other house. I worked with a chainsaw on and off since I kid but never any type of large volume clearing. I can see how you can have that passion with your occupation 100%.

Exactly. He has costed the shop tons of money since he started in November. He blew up a Tundra when he first started that was over a 100 mile tow to bring it back. Then the three in the last month and this one. The other day he was talking about how he needed a raise and advancement to which I had to laugh at.
That guy related to the dealership's owner? He should have been fired a long time ago ... totally inept as a mechanic.

This was a Sears store in Columbus, OH that closed in September 2017. There were gun shows in it until earlier this year.
The Sears Auto Center building still stands approx 225 feet behind it and is used by a security firm.

What was Sears in our local mall is now a television studio. They make the HBO series "The Righteous Gemstones" in there. The JC Penneys location is an outpatient center for the local university medical school Those 2 uses and a Target and Belks store and a big Planet Fitness have kept the mall alive (but not like it was years ago).

Interesting, as I just found the Caruso website and they refer to this design as the Monticello, which is what the Toll design was called when we built in 2001 IIRC... Toll built us a nice house, but it was a lot of effort to get them to,
The smallest 4500 sq ft starts out at $565k on your lot but that's a scam as they throw the "lot finishing" fee on you with a bunch of stuff a house needs to function like a well, septic or city hook up. Propane and excavation permit fees,
engineering fees, and so on.
That's another $185k and as far as options you can spend $400 to $500k. The minimum is probably $50k.

I asked for no carpet in the bedrooms etc and they wanted $45k for that... neat huh....
Typical today...

That's pretty rich, charge an insane fee for leaving out something and saving the cost of it.
