Planned obsolescence - because the full pads would last too long.These are the front OEM Brembo brake pads for my Genesis Coupe.
Why would they cut away some of the material?

I have a few Christmas-time sunset pictures. That is San Gregorio State Beach south of Half Moon Bay.
My phone does not allow for exposure compensation in panorama mode. That's why you see a supernova in the sky. You can spot the moon just above the middle pretty far to the left.

Karman Ghia Type 14 (1955-174). A Minichamps model in 1/43. I think I have shown that one previously. But I have more Karmann models and they should be shown together.
Johnny Lightning in 1/64.
The 1/43 Minichamps and the 1/64 Johnny Lightning in the back, a 1/87 Wiking plastic model and a 1/87 Schuco metal model in red with black roof in the foreground. The 1/87 models look much bigger than they are compared to the two larger scale models because they were so much closer to the lens. The 1/87 models are only about 1.5 inches long.
I also have a few Type 34 models but I need to find them first!

This place burned down this week. Harris Cafe (right), a Independent Coffee place and Dirty Dan's Restaurant (in back to the left). Fairhaven WA (Next to Bellingham). They have not found the body of the Harris Cafe owner yet. It was burning hot and nasty.

Not necessarily comparable, but I do find it fascinating a unproven Freshman college player would make this big pile of cash.
Could be. I just changed the OE Brembo rotors at 135k miles. I doubt if the AutoZone replacements last that long.
I suspect that's one of the smaller V16s out there.
