Not too long ago my yard had 5 scooters and 4 cars on it, with only myself and my wife being the drivers... Needless to say - she wasn't too happy... Thinned the herd pretty good since then. Now down to 2 cars and 1 scooter.
So since the scoot is all alone now - I decided to spoil it a little with a full tank of that good ethanol-free juice. Whopping $10, instead of my usual $7. Eh, a small price to pay for 120-140 miles of fun and therapy.
Bought a new seat cover for it a few months ago, but still haven't got around to removing this ugly duct-taped seat cover and installing the new one. I guess I should make it a goal and squeeze it somewhere in the schedule...
All coworkers seem to have winterized their cruisers and sportbikes, so the little Honda Reflex is all lonely now on the motorcycle parking lot at work...
I was at Buick GMC, and an elderly man shouted at the SA. “By the time you fix my car I’ll be dead!” It’s a shame GM or any dealers make people remotely feel that way. Took 1.5 years to get a captains chair fixed for us (pre pandemic around 2017). I could understand 2 weeks or even 1 month. But when it went over a year it was a game to me to make sure they did it.
