New MOEN shower head and fittings. Nothing like the old shower head blowing off on my dear mom this morning shooting water like fire hose

I gots the Mo’ Moen Blues.

Had to replace the 1225 cartridge AGAIN. Maybe 1 1/2 years since the last time.

Someone said maybe your pressure is too high.

I think something is building up from the water. A new cartridge moves freely, old doesn’t. But I replace due to seeing a drip.

This is probably a 1980’s single handle faucet (not a posi temp).

I take off the plate around the handle but I see on YouTube many do not…

It’s a shame how hard it is to find sesame seed buns in my area. That used to be all you would find then for about the last 5 years or so they have been slowly disappearing from shelves. Three stores and finally found a pack but they are jumbo but we had to get them.

Genuine, that’s why it would be hard to believe they are defective…the first time I had lived in the house 10 years, so depending on when the previous owner did it, was 10+…but now seems to be 12-18 mos….use plenty of silicone grease too.

It's the original, 138k. I'm not touching it as I live 2k miles away! Advised him to check it regularly and told him about the class action on the engine. He bought it new, but this is now his beater, he also has an XTS which is his baby. The XTS was supposed to be my mother's car...but she doesn't drive anymore.

This Optima is a mixed bag, hate the steering and brakes, but it rides nice and still drives well for 138k. The A/C however only works 25% of the time, sometimes you get in and it works perfect and blows ice cold, the other 75% you get NOTHING. I was not happy driving this heap, but it was only for a day.

Got this make your own 6 pack from a coworker of mine. I told him bring me a beer as payment for letting him use my specialty funnel for a couple weeks on his projects. I wasn’t expecting a 6 pack but I’m certainly not complaining. There is a Samuel Adams Summer Ale Citrus Wheat Ale, Shock Top Belgian White, Fat Tire Ale, Smirnoff Red, White and Berry, Twisted Tea Half and Half, and a Bold Rock Hard Apple Cider. I have a great coworker lol. I’m set for the next few weeks. Everyone at work was jealous lol. They don’t care if we have it on the property as long as we are off the clock and not drinking it. I think I’m most excited for the Samuel Adams one. But free beer is free beer.
