There are only two differences between Virginia and west Virginia.

Virginia has milder winters. The people of west Virginia are better educated and have higher IQs than their Virginia counterparts. That is the only two differences between Virginia and West Virginia.
Nope. You missed, possibly due to being unaware to this point, difference #3. WV has Minard's Spaghetti Inn in Clarksburg. A very interesting story/history and in business in the same family almost 90 years. Best lasagna in the history of cooking indoors. https://minardsspaghetti.com/about-us

Some glasswares collectibles from the antique store today. Absolutely despise the Dodgers but I collect anything baseball related and collect shot glasses so it fits in two collections lol. We seen a hotdog truck setup outside the antique store so I told my dad if he wants hotdogs I’ll buy them if I can go in the antique store for at least 30 minutes because you can’t look at everything in under 30 minutes lol. He liked that offer so $20 in hotdogs later I was inside lol.

LDB,

Thanks for sharing the story about Minard's! Great story about what America offers to all of us- inspirational. I will definitely try to find their frozen entrees in a grocery store.

I'm trying to do an inventory on my slightly excessive accumulation of scale model vehicles. I'm taking pictures of all of them so I can better organize them. This may take a few years.

An AEC Regent III RT London bus (1939, 1946-1956) made by EFE and an Aston Martin DB5 (1963-1965) in birch, both made by Oxford in 1/76.

Continuing with the British theme we have a Daimler (owned by Jaguar) DS 420 limousine (1969-1992) flanked by an Austin FX4 taxi (1958-1982) to the left and by an Austin FX3 (1948-1958) on the right. All models are in 1/76 scale and made by Oxford.

A closer look at the FX3

And a closer look at the FX4 in mostly silhouette
Very interesting and cool models. Did you purchase these thru the years? Sorry I’ve been out of things past week

Thank You vavavroom

Spartacus

(Wanting to spend as much quality time with the birds as I can! They prefer their own in a flock but they also are sociable... They actually DO like to sit on finger.. just gotta make sure it's safe out there for them, so, to the bathroom they go. Then we can bond!)

Spartacus sure failed as a father. So he's back in GP. Cute little fella. He and another of my birdies have this particular shade of green.. really tempted to add another color variation birdie to the flock... not sure why his rump looks like that..

I bought many at toy fairs, while traveling, via mail order, and beginning in the '90s from online sources. Many were given to me as gifts. I gave up acquiring more models about 20 years ago. I'm glad I never got into model trains.
