I do not endorse this statement. The two sweeteners are questionable and potassium sorbate, a suspected carcinogen, is banned in Europe, China, India, and Iran but is considered safe by the FDA. Go figure.

Honestly I don’t know what to think about it; I tend not use them, that’s it; but yeah you can see them everywhere and everyone’s using them

I actually use one of the ingredients (citrulline - it's a vasodilator and allows for improved blood flow) as a pre-workout supplement but I'm sure I use a much higher dose than what they put it in a serving of this drink. As for the other "healthy" ingredients they don't say how much or what quality. For example, synthetic vitamins are usually incomplete and poorly absorbed. Aronia berries? How much The two sweeteners are questionable. Even if they are not harmful, they have no benefit. Not sure why they put malic acid in there. It's good for the skin. How much is in there? You could just eat an apple, a banana, or strawberries if you want malic acid. Only you know what 300mg of caffeine does to you. I think you are better off drinking a bottle of water and having an apple. Your heart won't "explode" from this stuff. That said, more than a total of 400mg caffeine per day is not advisable.

I actually never took the time to investigate the ingredients myself; rule of the thumb if you do not know about something, just stay away

i do know that carotene is used by building muscles during the workout 😃

Beta carotene is added for color as is commonly done with all kinds of foods. It's listed as a coloring agent. Beta carotene has been shown to increase hypertrophy only in the soleus muscle which is a benefit to runners. Again, how much beta-carotene is in this drink? I strongly suspect eating a carrot together with some fat will offer more benefits.

Glass bottle ketchup. Love that. Bought a few bottles lol. Don’t hardly see it anymore. I bought some last time I was here too.
We used to eat at a western style place in Indonesia - good burgers/fries - never busy …
Strange thing was what ever table you sat at had a brand new bottle much like those - If you used some the little freshness dimple would pop - Always figured the place was a front for something 👀
