More in the mail on Christmas Eve. More will be in post following this one too. Eliminated 3 states from the list down to two Hawaii and Rhode Island. I had purchased some Hawaii plates but unfortunately some no good soul scammed me so I lost about $68 for Hawaii pair and NC watermelon plate. Shame. Really just makes me sad someone would do that. Both can be had on eBay but kind of high on the price guess I’ll just eat the loss and buy those. It’s been over a month and he just ghosted me. But anyway on with the plates. The first pair pictured i actually have the same number on a different base from Nebraska which is sweet. Lots of Wisconsin truck and regular plates. Even a 420 plate in there too. Also North Dakota and Iowa. I really like the Iowa sesquicentennial plate. Some not in the best shape but they were not that expensive and I like having lots from the same state. And if someone needs them I’d sell or trade especially if they had something I wanted. I didn’t realize Iowa had flat plates in 2004 when the regular pair expired. I didn’t know that was a thing then lol.

Continuing the last post. The other set of the 20-D 6 pair. Both shown together in last picture. A interesting set of Nebraska red letter plates. Haven’t seen any like it so I went ahead and grabbed those too. Just an older set of Nebraska underneath that. Similar base with black letters. And the early issued VA antique plates. These are smaller and a somewhat low number I’m going to guess 70s early 80s cause YOM stopped in 1973 so it had to be after that but before the bigger ones came out and before the yellow ones as black was first and still available too. My parents got those for me for Christmas they were on my list from the antique store. I have a set of the full sized ones too.

Kids who were turned to men overnight. They saved the world. We owe them everything. Many want us to forget them. Some despise them.
I can harly look upon them without great thanks.

SCT,

I study photos like that. The wear on all the knees' locations of the pants. The amount of crutches in the picture. And these are just the Marines that could get to the event, many others in even worse shape that could not move from their bed.

Thanks for your kind words!

RIP OfficeMax. Still 14 days left but I will miss you. Haven’t been in there since probably 2012 at least because it’s too expensive. Bought some cardboard mailers boxes for my license plate collection which it was 6/$10. I’m really low on money so mom went ahead and paid the tab for me and told me not to worry about it. She also bought me a packaging tape dispenser since I’ve been selling things left and right on eBay. I needed one I’ve just been cutting it when I need it. They were all sold out of bubble mailers and boxes 📦.
