My lifetime average with it is 16.0.

Just did the math from my Fuelly records of the complete towing trip, as the last couple tanks drug it down. 13.7 mpg. It is a little better than I thought, I was hoping for 13. It is only 3500 pounds too. What was a little disappointing was the 18.9 mpg it got driving up to Oregon without a trailer. We did stop at Yosemite National Park in the snow and also drove up the coast but I was hoping for 20 mpg. All in all it was fine. Was 1,680 miles no trailer going up, 1,372 with a trailer coming down.

Last year I rented a Can Am Maverick on a trailer with a ramp in the back, and it had a sign attached to the ramp so it was like a parachute. That was 10.5 mpg!

On my other forum The Garage Journal we are doing a secret Santa. I wasn’t able to participate cause money is just too tight here recently and someone had the heart to still send me something anyway. I’m BlakeTheCarGuy there lol. This is what I love about forums including this one too. Is whenever someone mentions something it seems someone is always willing to save the day which is what we have here. It just makes me smile and makes my whole day and week better even though it’s already great. I’m one that I believe if I help others that I will always get help in the future or good karma if you want to say that. I like helping people and making their day better in anyway that I can. This is something that weighs over 8 pounds and is very rattly lol. I want to rip it open so bad but I must do what’s right and wait lol. I also have someone from the same forum who read my story on me helping the guy my sister knows who got screwed over by a shop and he read I helped him and so he is sending me some stuff too as he wanted to reward good deeds around this time of year. It’s some license plates and two dollar bills which is awesome. The contents of this package will remain unknown till December 25th lol. I would of taken this picture with the Christmas tree but it won’t be up until tomorrow this is the latest we have been putting it up but just haven’t had time. I’ve been working overtime training people and just dead tired. But it’s what I like and want to do.

My clean shop rag bin freshly refilled today by mom who is on winter break. Thanks mom. Probably one of the few that would allow something as nasty as these and my work clothes in her washer lol 😂. Don’t tell Cintas I’ve been accidentally slipping a couple rags here and there cause I forget they are in my pocket haha. I got a whole stash of white ones at work I keep in a special place because they are cool. I buy most of mine at HF but Cintas is a good source haha. At my old job they said we could keep as many as we wanted cause they usually don’t last more than a couple months in regular use anyways. Man these smell so good lol. Combination of detergent, oxi clean, Zote, Fels Naptha, Biz and sometimes we add a touch of Borax.

Only thing we hate about Conrad is they share a building with machine shop. Always hood rag up to the light to find the metal turnings looking at you ☠️💀
