I sometimes see one or two of those tanks being used for heating small buildings in isolated locations out here.
That is a good point. It’s a new industrial park that was a field just a few years ago. I’m sure NG is a goal, but probably won’t be for a while. The utilities just pulled power in today.

In truth, I think we're all finding it pretty miserable. We'll acclimatize and be fine in a few weeks.
Temperature is not the biggest part of it either. If the sun is out and there's no wind, -35 C (-31 F) is fine.
