Out for a walk yesterday with my friend Paul and his dog Sam, and we encountered this snapping turtle. We were able to keep Sam from getting too close and learning a painful lesson.

The reason we cut it off is because it had a hole in it and for it to pass VA state inspection it can’t have a leak anywhere but if it’s not equipped it will still pass as long as it has a catalytic converter and is past the passenger compartment.

Was the small hole after the passenger compartment?
