Best argument ever. I think I am convinced now.^^^ Why is the Moon round, but the Earth is flat.![]()

I reviewed her images, she didn't use a shutter delay so the images had shake. Neither She nor I are experienced with astrophotography. Both of these cameras have a crop sensor (APS-C) I am not aware if her Canon is iso invariant (Sony alpha 7?). We don't shoot raw.I didn't say anything about post. I wanted to see a comet picture your wife took with her R7, a camera with an ISO_invariant sensor that gives a very clean, much less noisy image in low light. I was just interested in seeing how the picture taken with the R7 would compare to your image from the K-7.
Best places I’ve found DVD’s/VHS tapes is estate sales, yard sales and garage sales. Most of mine I paid 25-75 centsView attachment 246162Just some of my over 600 DVD/Blu-Ray collection. More on the way too. Coworker sent me a picture yesterday of his collection that he doesn’t want anymore so bringing them all in to me including some VHS. Then 3 more DVD from eBay. I think I’ve got a bit of an addiction but at least it’s not anything bad lol. These are just the ones that are easily accessible. The one downside to this hobby is that it takes up so much space of the ones sitting just here I’ve probably seen 85% of them. Most were given to me by coworkers or bought very very cheaply off marketplace or Craigslist or eBay.
Those are great places too. Around here most of the pawn shops and antique stores have them for $1-$2 as well and occasionally more if it’s some of the harder to get ones. My Salvation Army thrift store sells VHS for 25 cents each and DVDs and Blu-Ray for $1-$2.Best places I’ve found DVD’s/VHS tapes is estate sales, yard sales and garage sales. I'm pretty sure both, Earth and the Moon, are hollow. I have see those the docu-drama Nazis at the Center of the Earth* and legendary auteur Roland Emmerich's masterpiece Moonfall.^^^ Why is the Moon round, but the Earth is flat.![]()

In addition to a tripod, self-timer I use one of these:I reviewed her images, she didn't use a shutter delay so the images had shake.
In your post you mentioned her Canon R7 which is ISO-invariant. Many cameras are now either near or altogether ISO-invariant. It is very useful because the noise level is not affected by what I can only refer to as image "brightening" in post.Neither She nor I are experienced with astrophotography. Both of these cameras have a crop sensor (APS-C) I am not aware if her Canon is iso invariant (Sony alpha 7?). We don't shoot raw.
She still does in her early 70s.Your mom looks quite young!
I didn't see a question but only a statement. I was making an assumption based on your gripes about the noise level in your picture. Noise depends on the amount of photons captured and the amount of brightening that was applied. I assumed you didn't capture enough light and had to brighten the image which would have increased noise. Faint night sky objects do not lend themselves to out-of-camera JPGs.I was hoping for an answer to what you meant by 'image brightening" in your first reply.
Earth is the only flat body in the Universe. It's kind of a "special" place.Best argument ever. I think I am convinced now.![]()
Earth must be pretty thick to be flat and also hollow.I'm pretty sure both, Earth and the Moon, are hollow.
The libraries here cleared out majority of their movies. They sold them all at a sale about 2 years ago. The ones they do have are like kids movies that I already have. You could have everything there and a LOT more all for FREE by visiting your local library.
Not really. If the Earth is only 5% of its diameter or 80 miles thick with a 20-mile deep crust that leaves a 40-mile high hollow space for millions of Morlocks. They won't be running out of air anytime soon. And once they start coming up for a breather we will be playing Whack a Morlock. Isn't that right, Cuddles? Go, get that Morlock." Since I am now talking to my dog I should probably call it a day.Earth must be pretty thick to be flat and also hollow.![]()
So it would be possible to dig a tunnel through the "center of Earth" and come out on China. Can't be any hot molten rock where those Merlocks live. Not really.
