I been by there too
I sure hope you are practicing safe approvalsGreat oil Jim. Love my Castrol. Haven’t tried much of it since they went to Ultra Clean as I still have tons of the old white bottles left of the regular.
Correct Garfish. Pretty cool species after reading up about them. Only ones of their original species left. That's a Gar fish right?
Seen them off the dock at Havre de Grace MD.
They are cool but once were a pest fish![]()

It’s detail time on this hot day of vacation for me lol. All my detail products I bought this year with the exception of the old school green bottle of Super Protectant I got that in high school free when they donated it to our class as it wasn’t selling at Advance Auto. Relatively inexpensive haul too. All in all this is around $60 or so I didn’t buy the rags or head light stuff dad did to help me out. I’m super into detailing cars during the summer. I never was till last year when I learned the true value of taking care of a car. Forgot to include the air fresheners in the picture but oh well lol.
Turkeys on Swanton Rd?
That's correct. I always have to watch out for coyotes, deer, bunnies, and quail that all like to cross the road unexpectedly. This area was ravaged by wildfires just three years ago.Turkeys on Swanton Rd?
My english teacher in 8th grade (Mrs. Gould) called herself a fossil. Her quote in the yearbook was, "They don't call me the old battle axe for nothing."That's a gar, a living fossil.
They don't make them like that anymore. My english teacher in 8th grade (Mrs. Gould) called herself a fossil. Her quote in the yearbook was, "They don't call me the old battle axe for nothing."
I really appreciate the road trip photos you post. I grew up exploring those places in the 70's and 80's.....before they became over run with people (and the real backroads roads became gated). That's correct.
The Jocks feel scandalized.Correct spelling or…
I think I know the area. Lots of trails. As far as the backroads are concerned, I am sure there used to be many more open to the public. The backroads most popular with especially bikers along 1 between Pescadero and Davenport are Stage Road, Canyon Road, and Swanton Road.I really appreciate the road trip photos you post. The one place I was never able to find was where Montabello Rd. connected to Page Mill Rd. I left the Bay area before GPS was a thing.
Swarm = free beesView attachment 168107
My wife is keeping bees again after 3 year pause. A swarm apparently moved in last week…..They were on outside trying to fan themselves on a 90F humid day.
