Three Schuco models in 1/43.

VW Kübelwagen Type 82 ("bucket seat car"), designed by Porsche in 1940. It had RWD and was capable of a little floating. The VW Schwimwagen was actually amphibious. I have a model of ity but can'[t find it right now.

The VW Type 181 was first produced in 1968 and is better known as 'VWThing.' It's also RWD and was commonly used as a sa courier vehicle by the German Bundeswehr. Civilian versions were available.

The third vehicle is the DKW Munga which was built by Auto Union (later renamed as Audi) beginning in 1956. This was vehicle had AWD.

I think I posted images of the Muinga before and I think I confused it then with the much newer but similar-looking VW Iltis (1978). My apologies! I also have a Schwimmwagen model somewhere but I have not been able to find it. I have too many models!
