There is a lot about this image that is very odd. Two-door police cruisers are quite rare. The shallow depth of field and the angle of the photograph indicate a long lens at a relatively short distance. The oversize light (and siren?) seems out of place on this vehicle but might be appropriate for a fire truck or similar large vehicle. What's with the seatback, or is it a divider, that's visible through the driverside window. Definitely not police equipment. The badges usually seen on the front of the hood are missing ... odd. Other trim pieces are also missing. The height of the front fenders in relation to the hood seems off, lower than any 49 Merc that I can recall. And the gaps around the hood seem unusually large. There are a number of other oddities as well ... almost like it's a model or a toy placed in the setting. If that is the case, then a more normal lens used close to the subject would provide a similar depth-of-field effect.
Look at the ground on which the vehicle is sitting. That would be a HUGE tree stump. There is a lot about this image that is very odd. Two-door police cruisers are quite rare.
