What caught me by surprise was the pattern in the picture. I did not notice the pattern with the naked eye. But the photo shows a pattern, maybe intentional.
The lights are just a few feet above the surface. The lights moved at likely 4 MPHHow fast did they move, if the did? Maybe some of these?
