A Decorah Eagles video cam snap-shot from a few years ago. This pair usually have 3 eggs, when 2 eggs is typically the norm for Eagles. The Eaglets are only about 6 weeks old here. This is Mom (pronounced eyebrow ridge - females are also larger than the males). The Eaglets are basically full size and fledge at 90-100 days after they hatch. It's pretty amazing.
