Thoughts on Sumitomo HTR Enhance 4 Cobalt

Sumitomo HTR seems to be more than one tread pattern. I know a few people who have the Sumitomo tires on their cars and they seem to work okay.

The only thing I noticed with the one set of Sumitomos were they have a really loud high pitch whine. Remind me of a bus or something going down the road.

Mine HTRs whine a little...but they not bad at all..

Mine HTRs whine a little...but they not bad at all..


It was in a car (7th gen accord) that always seemed to have a bit of whine to it. I would rate them up there with studless snow tire noise.

They don't even compare to my winterfarce tires for noise.
