Things you grew up eating as a kid - not much seen anymore

The art and science of chicken farming has come a long way. Today, they can grow a chicken that produces three times the meat with the same amount feed as pre-1960's chickens, so adjusted for inflation, chicken is cheaper than it used to be and we eat a lot more of it.
How about $1.99/lb center cut pork chops. Had been that price for 3+ years.
Seems to have finally gone up to $2.49-$2.99. I was thinking wow a pig’s life is sold so cheaply.

Horlicks malt beverage powder.

As a kid, I loved it!
As an adult, I can't in good conscience consume it for it's high sugar content.
