As almost always, I pressed my wife into service for taking pictures while I was driving.

Driving up Mt Tam. Lots of construction due to slides from all the rain we've had.






That tree just ahead was maybe 30 feet tall when I was a kid., My grandpa. often took me up to Mt Tam when I visited him in Marin.

There was a turkey on a ledge. He felt cornered as I was approaching him at a snail's pace.

Oops! He jumped off the ledge and crashlanded noisily into a tree. He fell like a rock dangling from a hanky. Only his pride got hurt and he walked away into underbrush squabbling loudly.
