Over here the section of society involved in these activities has a very strong family unit - it just perpetuates the situation. Living amongst them, it's a worry that they will know exactly what is in my shed and house, when we are away or at home. It's the very young ones who are a concern at the moment, they know the law can't touch them. They have just put a special team into this side of town,get involved with the community and maybe cut crime at the roots.
