I have had problems with my jeep's but I love them. The1984 Honda 2.4 was the best. I think we all take care of our cars

I don't believe Honda had a 2.4 in the US in 1984.

Had the same problem with my 1994 Prizm with the 1.6L 4AG-FE engine. Went through a couple of A/C clutches before they figured out the HB had come apart a bit. The found one from a low mile engine in a junk yard.

I went to about the same mileage when I sold the car on to a 16 year old getting his first car.

My 1997 geo prizm. Just brake pads 1 starter, tires, oil changes and a new radiator at 200k miles. Died at 246,000 miles after the harmonic balancer shared off.

I don't remember the year of the vehicle but I had a Ford van in the 80's. Straight 6 300 and a 3 on the tree. It had over 200k when I bought it and I used it for years. I think I rarely did maint on that thing and it just kept going. I bet it's still going today
