What comes around goes around. You have to love when the elite get screwed by their own laws. Personally I would have gone after that Senators house at Hyannis Port Mass. It must have a great view since he has done everything he can to stop the placement of a wind farm in the bay in front of his house. It would be a great place to build a Hotel by the name of Mary Jo's Place.

Well, in the US, BKs are getting tougher. Seems the "average Joe" was using it to his/her advantage far too often.

But, the rich, the powerful, the connected, the elite, well, the laws still there for them.

Unfortunately, all these judges have to do for sanctuary is move to a high-rise condo which is the RESULT of redevelopment. It made a good thought, though.
