I have a Trek Liquid 10 full suspension MTB.
When I live in Torrington, CT last summer I did some ameteur racing. Now I live in IL, and its flat and boring. The closest trail is almost 45 min. away. I only got to go out 10 to 15 times this last summer. I miss it!

In fact I keep 4 bikes on the wall in my living room. I am waiting on my Trek Madonne(Lance Edition) and have a special place for it in my office. My house is littered with bike stuff. My favorite is a Specialized Langster single speed. I ride about 120 miles a week on it. Just finished the MS 150 on it. Used lots of Boudreaux Butt Paste after that ride. So, yes, I love bikes. Can I send you a link to our Bike club.

Man that is awesome, would be cool to ride with you someday. Send me the link of your club, as we are just getting started I would like to check out other club website and stuff.

Biking is a great family activity!

I have a bit older Diamondback. Getting a bit trashed, but still rides OK. NO suspension assist......and even though I'm in OK shape -at 46 y.o. once you ride a full suspension bike.....

The problem is money. I just can't afford a nice suspension bike. I want a great bike under $500 or so....close to $100 would be nice. Now that I've joined your club....any ideas????

The way gas prices are going, maybe it is time to put some air in the bicycle tires. Trouble is, it would be tough to take the dog too. Can't risk her on the road. Shouldn't get too sweaty this time of year. I have used the bicycle to fetch small parts for the car requiring disassembly to identify.

Avid mountain biker here. I still ride a hardtail, one of the last hand built Keith Bontrager Race Lite ORs. Ancient Rock Shox Judy thats on its 3rd set of seals. Mostly XTR componentry with some esoteric stuff thrown in, (ex. Paul's Crosstop brakes, etc.) Can't bring myself to get a newer bike yet, dual suspension, disc brake yada, yada. I like the challenge and rough edge of riding the hardtail.

Used to compete in NORBA races, amatuer class. We had an official sanctioned track practically in my back yard. I still hit those trails and the feeder trails on a weekly basis. I plan to try some of the trails in the Prince William Forest Park, I hear they are very good. I would love to get out to Moab or someplace like that out west and ride the slickrock.

Go through alot of water and sweat riding, but love every minute of it
