Rotella 5w-40. I had an old Chevy truck with a rebuilt flat tappet camshaft that ran soooo good and I wanted to keep it that way. Ran like new up until I sold it.

r6m seems acea e4/7 that should be a little heavier on fullsaps/tbn.
