I've been wondering that myself lately and was actually considering starting a thread on that question tonight. I just checked and his most recent recent post was back in July.

it's a stupid internet thing, from typing too fast and swapping the h and e.
it's similar to typing 'pwned' instead of 'owned', another stupid internet expression.
