This sample was taken when extracting 1/2 quart of oil and replacing with 1/2 quart of HPL EC30. Winter is upon us now so the oil may not be fully changed for a few months. 0w-20 HPL Premium Plus is standing by for that change.

So TGMO is not packed with moly like it used to be?
I haven't kept up on it in a while.
Maybe trimer moly used now?

Any reason you extracted 1/2 quart?
Report looks good. Do you do a lot of town travel?
Extracted 1/2 quart to add 1/2 quart HPL EC30. This was stated in the original post. This brew will be running for the next few months until it it gets warm enough to change the oil.

Ah, Understood, You wanted to get at least 1/2 qt of EC30 in the sump. Thanks for the explanation.

I would bet there is much more than 1.8% fuel considering 350f flash point. I wouldn't go past 5k on this oil. ZDDP already looks low along with the Moly.

IIRC the car was started and run less than a minute before performing this topside extraction of 1/2 quart. I am not terribly concerned about the fuel dilution in this sample. I've noticed that getting the oil up to temperature with the 2016 Accord makes a big difference in the fuel dilution result and must assume that the same rule would apply here.

I am going to give the EC30 some time to work. The plan is to perform a full oil change in the Spring with the car thoroughly warmed up and send a sample of that oil off to the lab.
