Tell me why i should run quaker state over this?

Another overlooked methodology:

- “Pennzoil” is a reference to Pennsylvania State.
- “Quaker State” is a reference a state known for its Quakers.

Pick which ever one of those states you like better.

I prefer green over yellow so that’s how I would make the choice.

The QS Ultimate Protection is a GTL base oil product while the Pennzoil Full Synthetic is not.

Drained the junk out and replaced it with either Mobil Super or Valvoline Maxlife; can't remember which. Noise completely gone afterwards. Engine back to running quiet again.

If you happen to select the yellow bottle, be sure and shake it up because the additive package is the sediment in the bottom of the jug. Good oil???

If you have a GM the QS is Dexos rated while the Pennzoil isn’t. You’d have to step up to Pennzoil Platinum to get a Dexos rating.

Do you like the yellow or green jug better? It’s a terrible conundrum for me because I own and operate John Deere equipment so I figured I had enough green and yellow in my life. That’s why I use Schaeffer, red needs to be represented too.
