Install a Motor Guard or a Frantz. That will give you something to do every 3-5k miles. It will exchange your sump and then some with the tp roll changing (it takes about 20k to get the added oil to exceed the % of the original sump).

I would go to Amsoil XL 5w-20 and run the 7500 OCIs.
