Synpower or Mobile 1 HM

Regular syn power is more appropriate for your short oci. I have noticed synpower seems to excel at low iron wear. It doesn't have a high TBN, but your not doing extended intervals. Your choice of regular Mobil 1 is fine also.

Don't over think it, buy what's on sale. Any API SN synthetic is overkill for 5k in that engine. Quaker State Ultimate Durability is an excellent choice also.

I would stick with Synpower, really can't go wrong with either, both quality oils.

Mobil 1 High Mileage is significantly heavier is deduced from comparing its data sheet to Synpowers
