Replaced the front blinker bulbs on my Accord today. Not sure if this is common with all amber bulbs or if it's just my car, but the old dead Sylvania 1157As had their amber coating flaking off in various places; so much so they basically became clear turn signal bulbs. Mind you they were old bulbs but something I haven't seen before. New bulbs are also Sylvanias since they were cheap at Walmart. It's nice having amber turn signals again.
