Switch from Comcast broadband to AT& T DSL?

I have ATT Elite package (or some such nonsense) 6 megabit DSL.

Good for 640K bytes/sec; CO is about 10 houses away

It was acquired from SBC which was acquired from SNET (Southern New England Telephone); I have had DSL for many years (maybe 6 or 7)

Simply put, i can't remember the last time there was an issue.

I've had the slower ATT DSL for about 6 months now. We really like it thus far. I think we have the $25 plan as well. It's way faster than the previous Sprint wireless broadband we had been using. I ordered online, and received tons of rebates ($150?). The rebates were very quick. Install/setup was easy.
