Not in the plans. A one minute ad buy is maybe $16 million. They’re apparently trying to tap into the buzz without the same costs.

OK, but besides the weird ad, is this not exactly the vehicle we need in the US from a US automaker? A smallish hybrid SUV that gets decent fuel economy and isn't crazy expensive?

Assuming it can be reasonably reliable, of course. A challenge for Chrysler/FCA/Stellantis products but you never know...
