Castrol Edge Euro 0w40 is $24
Now that I am on Walmart+ I can get Castrol shipped to me free. Mobile was not nearly as good as Castrol for cold startups (-30f)
Before getting Walmart+ this would have been a alternative to try.
Living in Alaska has major drawbacks including expensive shipping.

My Walmart had Super Tech Full Synthetic European Formula 0w-40 so I snagged a bottle.
Quart was manufactured in March of 2025
API SN, LL-01, MB 229.5, 229.3, VW 502/505, A40, ACEA A3/B4, 0710/0700
I mailed the sample to Oil Analyzers Indianapolis on Monday and received the report by Wednesday. On my submission form I did not include product brand or information. Only product viscosity grade.

Yep, that is the key.
No moly, low end of Mg/B detergent/dispersant package, high Ca, meh ZDDP. Low oxidation says almost zero PAO, and it comes in a Liqui-Moly blue jug. It's official, Super Tech is cloning LM's mediocrity. All this whiz-bang for $27?? Nah.

Is the ST Euro 5w40 available in America? I’ve been using it for quite a few years and it’s the equivalent of $20.30USD.

If I needed something quick, I would definitely try Super Tech over Mobil 1. Really wished Walmart would publish the PDS for their oil
.I am sure it is a great oil... but come on... that price is way beyond Supertech's place -- which would be a sub $20 jug. At $27, I would have to breeze by Quaker State, Valvoline, Castrol, Mobil 1, Pennzoil, and other products which cost less.
That was my thought looking at the VOA.
It is beyond me why anyone would pay Castrol or M1 prices for this rather basic oil.
At the store it's a discounted price in red. I was at Walmart a couple of weeks ago. So that tells me it will go up at some time because the regular price is about $30 for 5 qts.

Qts are $4.95 at my local Walmart, just picked one up for topoffs for my 460. It would be cheaper to just buy the individual qts for now, $24.75 for 5qts.
