I think you have it backwards....exactly backwards. Mere agit-prop from the hive mind of eco-concensus. The wheels have already come off the mass-movement formerly known as global warming/AGW/climate-change. It's shattered into pieces after running straight into the ditch. So typical of all leftist movements founded on hysteria, raw emotion, fear and insecurity. No doubt brilliant in their speed, getting others quickly on-board, and their use of politik-speak and phrasing to unite the cause and propel the movement forward. Truth has finally done so, and caught up, and exposed yet another radicalized, environmental mass-movement for what lies at its heart: Man-made Fraud.
There's nothing new here. I've seen and heard it all before. One of the advantages of age and a keen skeptical eye for fads...and frauds. PT Barnum was right "There IS a sucker born every minute."
When the eco-movement started in the late 50's it wasn't nearly as radical and militant as it is now. However, history shows this is the defined path of such emotional mass-movements as they progress through the stages. The topics then were global freezing, over-population, Love Canal, DDT & nuclear power.
How ironic the later has the renewable hip-hop-flip-flop eco-crowd wrapping their arms around its cooling towers! Where is Simkin when I need him? He'd tear his smelly t-shirt, dump organic ashes on his head and drive his VW bus on the sidewalk at such news. Not to mention shut-up..finally.
Re: Kudos to Florida for eliminating the agit-speak in govn't documents. Those terms are nothing but aging, useless politik now. Burned through and cindered from the hot fires of the 1st stage.

Finally, while you are entitled to your own opinion, you're not entitled to your own facts. These are indeed inconvenient Truths. The alcohol-fueled emotional mass-movement ref'd to was so busy, going so fast, head-down, texting, they ran right into the FACTS. Inheritantly unyielding, that's why "the movement" is in pieces, in the ditch.
Spouting such, from a failed, twisted state such a Calif. makes you look really bad and foolish. What a shame such a beautiful state, with such a beautiful coastline, has suffered from such closed-minded, aging 60's radicals, still desperately attempting to hold onto power.
