I have both subarus and honda..
Honda's OEM coolant is silicate and borate free which is good for your aluminum heads etc.
Prestone FWIW uses silcates and borates which isnt so good for your subaru.
Each manufacturer has their own blend, subaru, honda, toyota etc etc.
If u convert one way or another just flush the old stuff out.

They're both long life Asian P-HOAT formulas, and I'd be confident using either interchangeably.
If you look at Pep Boys OEM brand Asian AF's, based on the recommendations the only difference between the Green and Blue is the color.
So yeah, for all intents and purposes the same.
