So is this the caliper bolt that attaches the caliper to the knuckle? Or the bolts that allow the caliper to slide?
Whenever I encountered the second situation, I was often able to find a rebuilt caliper bracket.
If the bolts that hold the caliper to the knuckle failed, grind the heads off, buy new bolts, and install that rebuilt caliper bracket.
If your car has enough rust to make installation and removal difficult, I would just buy complete reman calipers, as I find calipers have shorter lives where there is road salt.
