Yea, you used to have to have a PBX phone system and a PRI (primary rate ISDN) line from the phone company to do that. A PRI costs around a few hundred dollars a month, and supplies up to 23 voice channels. Obviously only something a business could afford.
That you can now set it is comforting, but that you can set it to anything you want is at the same time mildly troubling.
