i looked different products from stp in their webpages.they seem to have stp stop engine oil leak product.should i try it? i have small leak and maybe it would help... but im not big fan of adding anything to the oil,so what should i do?im gonna replace the leaking seal, but in the meantime i could try something out.
and then they have that stuff that you put in your fuel,it should clean fuel injectors any comment on that?

i've used the stp oil treatment, pretty good to add zinc, since the engine is a 80's era engine, soon to try valvolines oil treatment instead, i wouldn't try the stop leak, i would just keep a check on the oil, make sure its full and replace the seal later on. as for the fuel injector cleaner, wouldn't hurt, mostly kerosene though.

I've heard some guys (yeah heard) saying it'll stick the rings, but its really just a waste of money. All it really would do is thicken the oil and add some seal swellers. If its a small leak... oil doesn't pour out and you have to add a quart, say every week, just keep a check on it and add when needed, and get the seal replaced later on.

I just have to say that STP DOES NOT WORK IN CARS. I have tried their products in several cars over the years, and I am really sorry to say that STP products are only designed with the purpose of getting money out of your pocket. Yes, they seem cheap compared to Auto-Rx and other quality products, but in opposite to them, STP doesn't work.
