I have a couple extra powersports AGM batteries for our jetskis and 4wheelers. I like to keep them for the unexpected dead batteries that come up on these machines. I generally intermittently put them on a charger. Would it also help to keep them stored in a refrigerator vs just in my garage on the shelf?

AGM's in my snowmobiles, motorcycles, etc. get stored connected to Battery Minder desulification maintainers. Quick disconnects and whenever parked they are connected to their own maintainers.
My one '13 Ski Doo went through last winter with is factory battery still in it just fine, other sled has a 10 year old battery in it. Both AGM's that mount on their sides. HD has a 14 yr. old Odyssey AGM still working fine.
I can't praise Battery Minder units enough, not too expensive and more than paid for themselves. Automatic and temp. compensated.
