Stored vehicle oil filter

My 91 CRX has been in storage for a little over 12 months now. I changed the oil & filter before storing it (Motomaster F1 Full Synthetic and Baldwin filter).

It will be in storage until next spring. I'm concerned about the oil filter. That means the oil filter will be soaked with oil for about 18 months. Will the filter media degrade? Am I running a risk by starting the engine with this filter next spring?

I think it will be fine. People use filters longer then that in cars they are driving. Sitting should only be better for it.
