Storage for LEM #12 Meat Grinder

Just got me a meat grinder. Gonna do raw dog food and hamburger and sausage for me. How do those of you with one store it? Plastic cover?
Disassemble and put back in box?
 
Wash, air dry, back on a cupboard shelf disassembled. I have been grinding my own hamburger for about 35 years. Learned a lot when I was working in a meat dept as a first real job. Lately been buying the pork loins at Costco, with their cubed stew beef. About 60% beef to 40% pork ratio.
 
We do ground pork because whole long loins are half the price per pound of ground pork at the store and we can control the fat content. My wife uses it in all her oddball exotic recipes.
 
I decided just to put in back in the box. I tried the double grinder attachment but was unsuccessful all 3 attempts with 3 different meats?? LEM and YouTube couldn’t help me. I had to return it.

The regular grind is flawless.
