Still Doing my Mini-fasts.

I think it has been around 5 weeks. Again. Not eating anything after 6 PMN and nothing before 9 A.M. I will be really anxious to see if it reduces my A1C. Reducing Carbs dropped it from 5.7 to 5.3. It may do nothing. But I will continue doing it bc I think it is a good thing.
I'm interested in hearing about it. I almost never eat after 8:00 P or before 3:00-4:00P the following day. I have no idea what any of My Numbers are though.
 
Weekdays for me I stop eating at 2pm and don’t start again until 8am. That will change once I’m doing my tours all day long though as I’ll leave my house by 6:30 am and I will usually eat after my second tour finishes around 2:15-2:30 pm.

On Saturdays I usually stop eating around 8pm and then start eating again around noon Sunday. Sunday night I usually stop eating around 7pm and start again at 7am Monday.

The best thing for me about fasting is that I don’t excessively snack. That used to be my big downfall
Yes, me too. Snack, even if it was healthy snacks like fruit I would eat too many and the cheese didn’t help either.🤔
