Seems like a good fit, but I hate that it will mean that many will lose their jobs. I haven't been impressed with Stanley products but I have had decent luck with B&D. Also didn't know that Stanley tools owned Mac tools, or at least according to the article it did.

90% of my tools are Stanley mainly due to them being available at WalMart. Haven't had any issues with their tools, nor any with Black & Decker power tools either. I think it will be a good fit.
Job concerns as the focus now, I doubt they would really do harm to most of the force as it would be another production outlet for them to manufacture tools and accessories.
