standard baldwin good for 10k?

Im running an oversized baldwin (B2)on my 4.0 wrangler. It currently has 5k on the filter. I would like to take this OC out to 10k. I am using 5w40 Delvac oil and planning on taking a sample this week to make sure the oil is doing ok and will make it to 10.

I have a B2-HPG ordered and was wondering if I could hold off putting it on until I reach my 10k mark???

I think you'll be just fine. Your oversize filter has enough holding capacity ..and your oil won't even break a sweat by 10k. (cue music to instill that "feel good" sensation
